Exchange/ Return Policy

At Shreeji Clothing, we strive to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience, and our Exchange/ Return Policy is an integral part of it. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and that’s why we offer an easy exchange for unused/ unwashed/ unaltered products with original tags and invoice within 10 days of delivery. You can exchange the product for another size or style using your store credit, which remains valid for one year.

Before placing your order, we encourage you to check the product description on our website. Please note that due to screen color/ resolution, the actual color of the product may vary from what you see on your electronic screen. We appreciate your understanding that an irregular print or weave is not a defect but instead a hallmark and beauty of a handblock product. To ensure that you receive only the highest quality products, all our products undergo multi-level quality checks.

Timeline For Processing Exchange/ Returns:

Click Here to make the request and allow us 3 to 4 working days to arrange for the reverse pickup. Please remember to return all invoices/ tags along with the product.
After the product arrives at our warehouse (which usually takes 4 to 7 working days), it undergoes a thorough quality check.
Once we have processed your exchange order/ store credit, it takes around 10-12 working days for the entire process to complete.

Order Cancellations

Please note that an order can only be canceled if it has not been shipped from our end. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at cancellations@shreejiclothing.com immediately after placing it.

International Shipments

For international shipments, all duties/ taxes/ shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any exchange or returns on international shipments. All our international orders undergo an additional layer of QC, and in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product or for any delivery-related queries, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at cancellations@shreejiclothing.com.
